The video above was energetically blessed during a small Ceremony, where I invited all of my Soul Guides and used my personal intention to ask for blessings for everyone who listens.

It will be different for each person, depending on their Soul Plan and life circumstances. For some, blessings may appear within a few days. For others, it may take weeks or months.

1. When you repeat the prayer, try to speak from your heart rather than your thinking mind. Before you begin, bring your attention to your heart chakra and imagine the words coming from that space. Praying from the heart chakra gives your prayer more power, helping it manifest faster.
   
2. Once you’ve finished saying the prayer, it’s a good idea to spend the rest of the video in a quiet, heartfelt state of gratitude. Feel as if all your blessings have already arrived, and stay in the thankful state you’ll feel when they do.
   
3. If you don’t experience any blessings within a few days of praying, it might mean that the specific blessings are not available to you at this time. This can happen for many reasons, but the most common is that your Soul Guides have decided the blessings don’t currently align with your highest path. Don’t feel upset or discouraged, as this is usually only temporary. Just try again later, or pick a different prayer available on 144 Portal.
   
4. Pray as often as you feel intuitively guided.
   
5. Have faith that the blessings are on their way.

Yesterday, I used my Inner Peace prayer to ask my Soul Guides for any blessings that could bring more peace into my life.

Today, I experienced a trigger that has been showing up in my reality again and again for over two years.

Every time it comes into my life, my ego reacts with fear and stress.

And even though I feel very experienced in handling my emotions, this one trigger would always get to me.

But today, out of nowhere, I reacted differently.

When the trigger came up, instead of staying in my head where all the stress begins, I knew right away I had to try something different.

So I shifted my attention to my heart chakra and made myself feel grateful for all the peace that was waiting for me after this situation passed.

It instantly made me feel more peaceful and calm.

And the whole situation no longer bothered me.

I felt like I was facing something insignificant and temporary.

Something that no longer holds any power over me.

I'm sure this new way of handling the situation was a gift from my Soul Guides.

It was the very one I asked for yesterday during my prayer.

“Ask and you shall receive,” as Yeshua said.

That’s why I’m such a firm believer in the power of prayer.

And it’s the reason I feel so inspired to create more of my own prayers to share with you in the near future.
